At Ordio Simply Entertainment we use a number of delivery options for our customers. There is only one goal: to get the products delivered asap. We mainly use Couriers Please although in some circumstances other courier services may be used such as TNT, DHL Express and Australian Air Express.

If customers use a PO Box address then courier deliveries will be unavliable(according to their policies) and the package will be sent by Australian Post.

We would like to advise you that if the customer is unavailable during the day to receive the courier package then you will have two days to claim your package from the respective couriers.

If difficulties are known on recieving the package prior to the purchase, please email or contact us so we can find a more suitable solution on delievering your goods.

Extra fees may occur due to the value of the order, Insurance, packaging material etc. Products with a weight of 500 grams or less usually cost much less for shipping. Delivery varies on whether you are located in a city or regional area. If you require your order by a particular date please indicate this on your order and we will do our best to deliver it by that date. Most orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days and we do guarantee 24-hour dispatch on some product lines.
